REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT | GRANBURY

Project Patriot: concept planning, development review still ahead

PROPOSED

October 8 city update; checked October 12, 2026

Granbury says it has received a Project Patriot concept plan but had not received development plans as of October 8. The developer describes engineering and environmental planning as continuing. Annexation and zoning do not establish construction approval. The recall-election dispute is a separate legal process.

Geography: Granbury/Hood County; not a Cresson project

No Cresson water, noise, tax or utility impact has been established in the records reviewed. Status is dated; no implication that all state permit proceedings are absent.
